TV Distribution Inc. seeks a Digital Media Sales Marketing Associate for the Digital Media Sales - NY department. Position is responsible for account management of online marketing extensions from on-air integrations. Works with agencies and clients to ensure that assets and approvals are obtained in a timely fashion. Works with production and sales teams to coordinate the process between program sites and advertiser deliverables. Establishes and updates timetables for various milestones for each project and communicates them to the appropriate parties. Follows up as necessary. Participates as part of the team to generate new ideas for sponsorships. Coordinates the development and production of digital sales collateral - ones-sheets, presentations and videos. Creates and updates PowerPoint presentations and video footage in support of new and existing digital marketing initiatives. Maintains library of all online marketing programs. Prepares post-sponsorship client recaps (including submitting programs for awards). Fulfills regular request from third parties(ie trade organizations, publications, clients) for updated information and creative elements). Monitors competitive sites in order to identify potential clients and program types. Other duties as assigned. Requirements BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent experience required. 3+ years online media agency/account management support experience strongly preferred. Strategic thinker with hands-on creative experience and the ability to multi-task in an ever-changing digital sales environment. Strong written and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills required. Must be detail oriented.
