Responsibilities: ? Coordinate internally with editorial to create packages conducive to successful viral marketing campaigns ? Develop and execute a successful widget strategy that leverages the power of social networking while integrating with the brand, product or campaign goals. ? Stay on top of successful trends within social networks and social media like MySpace to create cost effective marketing plans ? Two years of hands-on, current experience marketing a product or service to social networking sites and blogs, and running marketing incentives and cross promotions with existing customers for word of mouth referrals . 2-4 years experience in marketing and communications . Proven track record growing website traffic, primarily through non-paid means (i.e., barters, SEO, email) . Internet Savvy: Experience with major social media outlets, niche social media environments, message boards, social bookmarking outlets, etc. .
