Description: We are looking for several bright, enthusiastic and hard working individuals to complement the Technology team in our New York, NY office.
Job Description:
Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. The candidate should also have the mindset and experience in supporting a mission-critical production environment, providing 24/7 support in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level1 and Level 2 support for all technology issues, including but not limited to all PC related questions, application issues, remote VPN setup, general networking and telephone inquiries, along with add/move/change requests.
Daily responsibilities include user assistance, application support and troubleshooting, workstation deployment and users relocation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a thorough understanding of PC hardware and software.
Knowledge in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office required.
Should have 3 years of helpdesk support experience.
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
Strong leadership, communication skills and technical knowledge
