The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in order to determine how to solve any technical issues that arise. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be able to have the patience to work with unskilled and highly-skilled PC users, and the ability to make a quick and clear decision in accordance with the company policy.
