Description:
As the Customer Service / Operations Manager, you will:

- Oversee the revenue growth of clients (6%% to 7%% annually) through employee management, empowerment and development
- Take an ownership approach to the business with a keen eye toward customer service, operations and facility improvement
- Encourage facility improvement ideas from employees
- Seek senior management approval on selected ideas
- Participate in the budgeting/forecasting process
- Interact with clients
- Review expense reports
- Consult on marketing programs
- Engage in policy implementation
- Help with profit reporting
- Manage special projects
- Ensure high standards of quality
- Consult on sales management activities
- Act as a liaison to vendors
- Guarantee the smooth operation of the office

Required Skills:

- 9-15 years of experience overseeing the field operations of a retail focused organization with multiple locations
- Customer service and operations background
- Systems management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word
- Associate’s degree plus targeted experience
