Description: Job Title Customer Service Analyst 4-Support Location NEW YORK Organization Name Oracles Priority Services Department Description Service Delivery Manager - Oracles Priority Services The Priority Services team consists of highly skilled delivery manager who support Oracle Priority Services. The deliverables include customer orientation, escalation management, service reviews and portal maintenance. In this role, you are considered the lead customer liaison for 4 -10 strategic, top-revenue Support accounts. Customer support and account relationship skills enable one-on-one meetings with representatives of these strategic accounts. You will be responsible for managing internal projects, such as creating internal training curricula and schedules, presenting across lines of businesses, identifying and driving productivity improvement opportunities, coordinating, preparing and qualifying Premier Analysts for Customer Visits and employee mentoring. Brief Description Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. This role may have project lead functions. Because of the nature of this position, a proven track record of demonstrated working skills including, but not limited to, excellent verbal and written communication skills, project management skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure, and (most importantly) an unabbreviated committment to ensuring customer success. Detailed Description A Bachelors Degree in either communications or information systems is preferred with previous account management and customer-focused experience, training experience in a software environment, prior working knowledge of or the desire to quickly learn about Oracles products, and six years related experience Job Requirements * Primary point of contact for Oracle Accounts * Contributes to WebIV (internal Oracle knowledge base) and MetaLink notes as necessary * Can speak about product offerings to customers * Contributes to internal distribution lists * Builds working relationship with partners/vendors Priority Services SDMs (Service Delivery Managers) provide support management services. Most, if not all, are ITIL and PMP. SDMs are involved in managing the following: * Escalation * Situation * Issue * Resource * Project * Inter-LOB (including Development, Education and Consulting) SST members should also have the following skills: * Communication (verbal & oral) * Working under pressure * Self starter * Team player * Multi-tasker Travel up to 25%% is required.
