Description Responsible for the administration and handling of Custody Relationships, requiring knowledge of securities and custody administration. Partners with the US Trust PCA Teams to provide custody administrative management to client issues/inquiries or other related custody functions. Responsible for coordinating with external partners (Investment Managers, Brokers) and internal support partners (Securities Operations, Tax Compliance, etc.) to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient custody administration. May involve responsibility for coaching and developing teammates. May act as technical resource to teammates, depending on level of expertise and experience. 1+ year of securities industry and settlement practices required.

Qualifications Required: Broad knowledge of securities industry and settlement practices MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Self starting team player Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Desired: Knowedlge of US Trust products and services 1+ year experience administering brokerage accounts PACE and/or other Bank of America platforms
