Description: Must have 3-5 years experience either as a retail card services representative in a bank or on the credit card side (with Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, etc...)



Responsibilities:



Manage the credit / debit card programs for the Bank.


Troubleshoot all problems and issues for the following card programs:



-American Express: Manage all aspects of the process:


application, issuance, tracking/monthly reporting, card related problems including fraud and direct mail marketing between Amex and Bank



-Visa Credit Card: Manage all aspects of the process:


application, issuance, tracking/monthly reporting, card related problems including fraud and direct mail marketing between TCM/Certegy and Bank



-Visa Debit Card: Coordinate all aspects of the application and


issuance process with P&R. Analyze monthly figures. Interface directly with Certegy on all card program policy issues. Handle program and fraud issues.



-Merchant Card: Manage all aspects of the process: application,


establish rate, determine equipment, insure installation, tracking/monthly reporting, merchant related problems including compliance and credit/risk issues and direct mail marketing between Concord and Bank.
