Responsibilities: Direct analysis of market trends. Responsible for interpretation of design direction(s). Recommend commercial viability of design(s). Responsible for budget management of assigned product style(s)/line(s). Accountable for designing garment from beginning to end. Responsible for presentations and prep. Drive fit with Technical Designers. Responsible for all approvals (including color, print, pattern). Responsible for presenting lines and being back-up support to Director at key account.

Qualifications: MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED: BA/BS Degree required or AA Fashion Degree with 7-8 years of equivalent experience. People management experience desired. Special Skills Men's active wear experience required. Men's performance active wear experience required. Strong presentation skills required. Strong communication. Multi-tasking ability. Creative ability Ability to learn and take directions. Computer literate. Self motivated. Sketch freehand and technical. Ability to work in team environment. Required travel to domestic and international accounts.
