Oversees traffic flow of all packaging and display artwork mechanicals Responsibilities within a Creative Department with close contact to designers and outside studios to oversee traffic flow of all packaging and display mechanicals. Responsible for attaining final Legal, Claims and R&D approval on artwork Oversees and logs vendor proof submissions and approvals Maintains filing system, art log and library for released art Interacts daily with Domestic Marketing, Technical Packaging, Logistics, Purchasing, Claims, R&D, Regulatory and Corporate Legal Facilitates weekly Packaging Status meeting Facilitates weekly Post-CPR (Display Status) meeting Organization of Visual Library Maintains visual library system for Creative team (model visuals) Aide in product and model usage rights Helps maintain master usage rights library Attends monthly agency meeting Aide in organization of photo-shoots Call in models for castings Secure Talent Calendars Organize all outside talent and pre-production meeting for shoot day. Responsible for introducing New Talent Bring in new talent portfolios (photographers, models, stylists, makeup artists, etc.) Organize library for Creative team to review new talent Organize model cards for upcoming photo-shoots REQUIREMENTS: BA degree Computer Skills Must be proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point Must have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
