Brief Description This specialist assesses the climate and culture of organizations to identify their strengths and weaknesses, to anticipate the impacts resulting from the deployment of new technology. This specialist will create the change management strategy and support the client internal resources in the deployment of the change management The candidate has to be comfortable in survey creation and analysis and facilitating focus groups and do qualitative data analysis Capability to read organizational culture and change capability Strong experience in change management strategy and plan.
