Description:
Responsibilities as the Compliance Associate include:

- Working closely with its Chief Compliance Officer and other compliance professionals to ensure that all of the firms business activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Having extremely high aptitude; strong quantitative, drafting and communication skills; excellent analytical skills; and a genuine desire to create a career in compliance
- Handling ad/hoc assignments as necessary

Required Skills:
 

- 3+ Years experience needed
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of financial instruments, including equities, bonds, loans, options, swaps, and other derivative products, as well as a strong desire to learn about regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, the Commodities Exchange Act, AIMR GIPS, Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulations, and/or securities, commodities, and energy regulatory environments
