Provide analysis of compensation programs to ensure Corporate Segment remains competitive to attract, retain and motivate workforce. %%0A %%0A Essential accountabilities include:%%0A Leading the function for the annual executive compensation process which includes base salary, Short Term Incentive Compensation (STIC), and Long Term Incentive (LTI) actions. Leading and working closely with HR Generalists on the annual compensation review process for the merit, MIP, POS and broad-based incentive programs. Directing the review and evaluation of all executive level (grade 23 and above) positions across the segment using external market surveys and internal comparisons. Consulting with senior management to develop and implement compensation programs that support the attainment of strategic business growth. Providing advice, consultation and training to senior management and HR generalists on all compensation related activities and practices. Researching current trends in compensation and oversees external market analysis. Preparing complex/detailed analysis to assess the effectiveness of reward programs and make appropriate recommendations.
