Description: Compensation Analyst Oct 10, 2007 New York, New York Return to Search Results|Send job to a friend Description: Our client,Paxton Resources, is urgently recruiting aCompensation Analyst. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review and process requests from participants, including Deferred Compensation exercises, stock exercises and upcoming scheduled payouts. * Maintain data current in the Equity Compensation system. Update participants Target in Lawson as required. * Research and respond to inquiries from business units, participants, record keeper, and payroll. * Oversee SOX audit process as it pertains to Equity Compensation Plans and work with internal and external auditors on requests. * Monitor vesting under the Long Term Incentive plans, including transfer of shares and preparation of communication to Executives. * Coordinate preparation of quarterly Equity Awards authorized by the CEO and grants issued to Directors. * Maintain signed agreements, enrollment forms, and beneficiary forms in-house. Ensure completeness of information and follow up as necessary. * Assist with the annual distribution of equity grants, including gathering data regarding nominees and preparation of communication to Executives. * Special projects, i.e. annual proxy.
