The Wall Street Journal Radio Network services Job Description Our Community Coordinator will manage a profile enhancement project for
WSJ.com. S/he will serve as the liason between our subscribers who participate in our online community features and a West Coast vendor who will provide enhanced profile images for these subscribers. This role will also include additional commnunity responsibilities, such as monitoring the ongoing feedback we receive from the subscribers. The 1-3 month position is based out of our World Financial center office and will report to our Community Product Manager. Responsibilities . Identify subscribers interested in participating in the profile project . Evaluate the photos submitted for enhancement . Send the subscriber photos to the vendor . Maintain detailed spreadsheets on the communication status between WSJ, the subscriber, and the vendor . Ensure the enhanced profiles appear on the site . Assist in miscellaneous community tasks, depending on workload Position Requirements . Strong written communication skills . Highly organized and detail-oriented . Familiarity with online social networks . Work experience in a fast-paced office environment . Minimum time commitment of 20 hours per week, or 4 hours per day. Other Information
