Description: Collection Attorney AXP Legal AutoReqId 108728BR Responsibilities Under Collection Management & Strategy direction, responsible for handling collection legal matters or assignments for all stages of litigation collections process, pre litigation, at litigation and post litigation. This is a position in CMS with responsibility for implementing & executing legal strategies consistent with protecting companys assets while in compliance with all applicable laws/regulations and Brand standards. The incumbent will participate in design and Implement of all stages of litigation strategies defined by CMS, Will ensure proper actions taken on accounts identified for special handling Will execute effective communications to generate payments. Will execute asset search, determine and confirm suite worthiness and perform end to end litigation as appropriate to generate payments including the execution of judgement, lien, garnishment, etc. to enforce the judgment and execute satisfaction of each judgment upon completion of full payment or other agreed upon arrangements. Incumbent will lead the staff of AXP Legal attorneys, oversee the AXP Legal network, oversee the support staff, drive performance, ensure quality, compliance and control for AXP Legal process.
