Position Purpose: The purpose of this role is to provide senior production and development support of the various processing systems. Responsibilities include supporting ICI impact, MBS expert and related ancillary systems Key Accountabilities: General . Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in a similar function. . Ability to effectively liaise with front, middle, back office staff . Ability to troubleshoot technology and business problems under pressure. . Ability to prioritize tasks based on criticality Primary Objectives: . Support back office applications to ensure that the systems and businesses needs are constantly being achieved and exceeded. . Provide mentoring and guidance for junior support person. . Maintain internal and vendor relationships with regard to Broadridge applications . Provide transparency into the capabilities of systems. . Work directly with QA to assist in testing new releases/upgrades. . Liaise between clients, vendors and in house apps (front office, back office, middle office) . Escalate problems and make enhancement requests as necessary . Troubleshoot and minimize impact of system issues and outages . Maintain an "issue log" to document system issues and solutions Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience): Technical Skills . Knowledge of ADP, ICI and MBS expert from an operational, trading, and technology perspective. . Knowledge of Showcase query tool and SQL . Significant experience supporting and maintaining high reliability, high frequency systems. Business Knowledge . Good market knowledge of a broad range of Global Fixed Income products .
