Main Duties / Responsibilities Asset Reviews / Reporting Monthly price testing of Global CMBS portfolio of approximately $15BN. . Loans include A Notes and B Notes, fixed and floating. . Collateral analysis of all property types (multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel, healthcare/senior housing, land, condos and other diverse assets). . Portfolio contains assets located throughout the US, Europe and Asia. . Loan by loan analysis. . Assessment of front office marks in relation to current market moves. . Prepare monthly summary reports of the global inventory and price testing results.

Interact with front office, REFS group as well as other control groups including CRM, LCD, RMM and other areas of PC. . Participate in Investment Committee for new deal originations. . Communication with front office originators, asset managers and sales group to assess individual loan positions.

Qualifications Education and Professional Qualifications Essential - Degree in real estate, finance or related fields. Desirable - Advanced degree in real estate. Appraisal or other real estate certification.

Work Experience Essential - Experience in valuation of commercial real estate properties, primarily utilizing the income approach. Analysis of cash flow statements and projections. Ability to perform market research to support valuations. Desirable - International real estate valuation. Familiarity with CMBS and rating agencies. Underwriting, Due diligence/consulting experience. Experience with CMBS research data and real estate market data sources.

Technical / Business Skills - Essential - Familiarity with the CMBS market. Knowledge of commercial real estate valuation / underwriting. Analytical. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Microsoft Excel, Word.
