Description Overview: The Entry Program Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, design, tactical implementation and execution, and evaluation of the Entry Program. The ideal candidate possesses a unique combination of project management, organizational development, analytical and communication skills. The position will report to VP, L&LD Manager.

Responsibilities: - Budget Management: Manage $4.2m budget within forecast parameters - Project Management: Create clear project plan with measurable milestones to lead the team through execution - Program Implementation & Execution: Coordinate and manage program logistics including scheduling, room bookings, multi-media, and data entry - Performance Consulting: Effectively negotiate and contract with various internal and external resources to construct, implement and execute the Entry Program - Needs Assessment: Utilize various best practices (surveys, focus groups, etc) to determine learning needs. Analyze results and make recommendations - Evaluation and Reporting: Collaborate with Learning Manager to implement learning evaluation strategies to measure reaction, learning, and skill transfer. Extract and organize metrics for updates to senior management - Marketing: design and manage a learning and development communication plan and marketing strategy

Qualifications Background/Experience: - Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant business experience - BA or BS degree - MA or MS degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Education or a related field a plus - Experience in Financial Services or Professional Services required, support of capital markets/investment banking new hire/campus programs a plus - Significant project management skills and consulting skills required, in a learning and leadership development role preferred

Required Skills: Technical - Microsoft Office Suite - proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, MS Project - Working knowledge of capital markets and financial products Professional - Lead/manage a team of non-direct reports at various levels - Partner with stakeholders at various levels - Analyze program feedback, derive common themes, and make appropriate recommendations - Listen and effectively probe
