We are currently seeking an experienced registered dietitian to assume the position ofClinical Nutrition Managerfor our client partner in Somers, NY. The Clinical Nutrition Managerensures resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance through the planning, coordination and management of the clinical nutrition programs for healthcare, assisted living and rehabilitating residents in this senior living community with 300+ residents. Position is also responsible for management of 2 RDs and non-exempt dietary staff.

Qualifications Position requires a bachelors degree, RD designation and 5+ years relevant experience. Prior management/supervisory experience preferred. Ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong customer service focus, outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with residents, employees, clients and other stakeholders. Previous experience in the long-term care/senior living industry preferred. Contract-managed service experience is desirable.
