Description:
Responsibilities for the Senior Client Services Specialist include:

- Managing a DTCC client or dealer account
- Investigating any / all trade breaks with a given counterparty
- Working with the front office to amend trade booking when booking is proven to be incorrect. Chase counterparty to amend their trade booking when it is proven that counterparty booking is incorrect
- Interfacing with NY credit trading desk support team to ensure accurate and timely trade capture of new business across all product types executed with dealers (i.e. help mitigate new breaks from feeding downstream)
- Interfacing with counterparty to work through trade breaks and determine who has trade booking correct. Interaction with counterparty will include impromptu conference calls as well as formal lock-in meetings
- Escalating internal / external booking errors to desk support or counterparties as necessary
- Working with NY operations team to help formalize procedures and "best practices" in an effort to mitigate the number of unconfirmed dealer / client trades across all business lines
- Working with management to help identify required system enhancements so that proposed enhancements can be formally communicated to IT

Required Skills:

- 3+ years experience
- Working knowledge of CDS, CDX, iTraxx, Tranche, Bespoke, ABS and MBS
- Proficient in MS Office
