Position Description: The Litigation Management Department of AIG Domestic Claims, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a motivated Client Service Representative for its newly created Operations Center. Position Description The Client Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for answering questions and providing support to internal and external clients regarding Litigation Managementâ?s capabilities, products, & services. This position will interface with claims professionals, management, staff attorneys, external law firms, and other third-parties in the day-to-day support of our technology systems, business workflows, and departmental goals.
