Position Description: The Litigation Management Department of AIG Domestic Claims, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a motivated Client Service Representative for its newly created Operations Center. Position Description The Client Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for answering questions and providing support to internal and external clients regarding Litigation Managementâ?s capabilities, products, & services. This position will interface with claims professionals, management, staff attorneys, external law firms, and other third-parties in the day-to-day support of our technology systems, business workflows, and departmental goals. Position Responsibilities â aRecords all requests into the tracking system â aEnsures appropriate resolution of customer requests/inquiries by self, teammates, or through the escalation of problematic or sensitive matters to management â aEnsures timely and effective communication back to the customer â aDisplays a positive image of Litigation Management to all customers â aIdentifies ways to improve both productivity and customer satisfaction â aProvides input to team and management on areas in need of improvement â aPerforms other projects and tasks as assigned by management Education / Experience â aCollege degree preferred â a1-2 years in a customer service role â aProficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite â aDemonstrated ability to master multiple computer systems Position Requirements â aAbility to produce a high quality work product â aAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of customers â aAbility to diagnose problems and then identify and apply solutions â aAbility to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment â aDisplays a sense of urgency when responding to customer needs â aTime management skills and the ability to prioritize work â aExcellent written communication skills â aExcellent verbal communication skills
