The Associate role will support the current base of Portfolio Analytics clients and prospects, through demos, training sessions and consulting projects. They will act as the central point of contact and have overall responsibility for day-to-day support of the Portfolio Analytics user base. A significant portion of our Associates' time will be spent building relationships with each client, and internally partnering with all of the various Capital IQ departments. As a secondary role, Associates will be responsible for helping in the design and enhancement of the application, by supplying direct feedback from client meetings and training sessions. The successful candidate will possess the following:%%0A%%0A * A solid and demonstrated understanding of the financial markets%%0A * Expertise in Market Data platforms - specifically within the portfolio analytics space (FactSet, Baseline, Bloomberg, etc.)%%0A * Strong quantitative/finance background%%0A * Established relationship building and time management skills%%0A * Strong communication and project management skills%%0A * Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based environment%%0A * A background in direct sales%%0A * Bachelor's Degree or higher%%0A
