Responsibilities: The Clarity Project Manager will report directly to the Clarity Project Sponsor and will be responsible for the day-to-day project activities required to deploy Clarity to 12,000 employees. The primary deliverables of the project will be: •Upgraded production and DR environments capable of supporting 12,000 additional users •Retraining of existing PlanView administration team into Clarity administrators •Updating of Clarity administration procedures to accommodate global admin team •Structured training and deployment to 12,000 employees •Tracking and publication of metrics to track success of each training wave

Main Responsibilities: Manage the CA Clarity rollout project in accordance with established company policies Develop a detailed project schedule for the CA Clarity rollout Track task assignments and ensure that team members complete tasks on time Identify and track project dependencies Maintain master list of project risks and issues Proactively work to resolve project risks and/or issues before they impact project Author a weekly status report for the project

Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing Information Technology (IT) projects Past experience overseeing deployment of enterprise IT applications Past experience training employees to use an enterprise IT application Desired Skill Set: Past experience with CA Clarity is a definite advantage, but is not required PMP certification is an advantage, but is not required
