Job Description: Lead IDX training classes; develop training materials and system user documentation; and conduct system demonstrations. Assist with the provision of IDX user access with IT security and IDX system managers. Assist the IDX Project Team with implementation and testing of new applications, modules, releases and functionality. The IDX application portfolio will consist of Registration, Ambulatory Visit Management, BAR, DBMS, MPI Link, PCS, TES and Analyzer. Key Accountabilities * Lead IDX training classes, examinations and evaluations. * Author system training materials and system user documentation. * Conduct IDX system demonstrations. * Prepare training plans, schedules, syllabi and application evaluations. * Coordinate IDX user sign-on access. * Maintain up-to-date training records on trainees. * Assist IDX project team with implementation and testing of new applications, modules, releases and functionality. * Assist with management of IDX problem reporting and resolution as required. * Support management of IDX training UCI. * Support management of training rooms. Experience/Requirements * Ability to independently and successfully lead training classes, examinations and evaluations. * Ability to teach, coach and mentor. * Supervisory experience required. * IDX system experience. * Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of health system personnel. * Strong written and verbal communications skills
