As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and managing online media sales for IAC Advertising Solutions which encompasses
Ticketmaster.com,
Match.com,
Evite.com, Excite, Expedia, Hotwire, and
Citysearch.com with combined traffic near 55 MM unique users per month.
Responsibilities * Reach or exceed quarterly revenue goals for your individual territory * Reach or exceed your monthly call and face to face meeting goals * Increase effective CPM for each ad product and grow average deal size * Continue to grow the percentage of your deals that are cross-network (run across more than one IAC Advertising Solutions site) * Understand your clients business and marketing objectives. Focus on a consultative or solutions-based sales approach through open-ended questioning and excellent discovery meetings with decision makers * Be prepared for all sales calls - both on the phone and in-person * Continue to present new opportunities to your clients * Continuously prospect for new business in your territory and feed your revenue pipeline * Stay abreast of industry developments (e.g. agencies winning accounts, clients changing agencies, clients launching new products, etc.) * Build solid working relationships with your clients. Exceed your clients expectations of you as a salesperson while setting expectations of each campaign (timeline, performance, custom projects, etc.) * Adapt easily to change * Communicate effectively and efficiently with your clients and your internal stake-holders Requirements Required Experience * 5+ years online sales experience * Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals * Experience selling to Fortune 1000 Companies with a short sales cycle * Effective communication and presentation skills
