Senior Digital Designer, Marsteller Interactive The Interactive division of Burson-Marsteller, a global advertising / public relations agency seeks a Senior Digital Designer with at least 5 years proven experience. About the position: The Senior Digital Designer will be responsible for working with the Creative Director and Account Management team to conceptualize digital branding initiatives, marketing campaigns and social media. The person in this role will also be responsible for designing / updating HTML and Flash websites, animated gif and flash banners, rich media, email templates, e-newsletters and other interactive media for B-M and B-M clients. This is a very hands-on position. The Senior Digital Designer will work closely with other members of the digital team as well as individuals from B-Ms other practices. About the Candidate: Candidate must: * Be passionate about interactive and social media, very hands on and love taking projects from conception to completion; * Be a talented designer with advanced interactive skills who thinks outside of the box; * Are a natural born leader and entrepreneurial by nature and will enjoy the challenge of building and managing a team of designers and copywriters as the company grows; * Thrive in a faced paced environment and work well under pressure; * Work well with others and relish the spirit of collaboration and teamwork The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, has experience leading digital projects, working directly with clients and is able to present their ideas in front of others. The person in this role will need to be passionate about his/her work, not afraid to push the envelope, but wise enough to know when its appropriate. Solid creative, conceptual and technical skills, high standards, and the ability to respond to continual change and challenges within this very fast paced environment is essential. To qualify for this position you must have at least 5+ years of hands on interactive experience.
