Play a key role in our future success: Job Description Responsible for the conference center reservations department at a corporate dining account. Manage a staff of 8 full time employees. Reservations for all apsects of meetings with various internal departments including food and beverage, technology and room set up. Attend pre conference meetings for conferences, external client meetings and special events. Always ensuring that the Standards of Excellence, as determined by the client and Restaurant Associates are met. Maintains excellent relationships with the client and their guests, as well as other departments within the operations.

Recipe to Succeed: * Coordinates and oversees all meeting reservations in conference rooms and internal catering events. * Knowledge of A/V equipment with the ability to set up and break down for events. * Hires, trains, and schedules reservationists, and is actively involved in the development of existing associates in telephone etiquette, customer service, policies and procedures. * Ensures successful operations and catering functions in conference rooms including preparation, transportation, setup, operation, and clean up of all events.

Necessary Ingredients: * Bachelors degree required, Hospitality degree a plus. * Strong knowledge of customer service and hospitality. * A minimum of 2 years of experience in conference center reservations. * Customer service experience in a corporate environment. * Exceptional organization skills and attention to details. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Must be able to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
