We offer wonderful dolls, books, clothing and other American Girl merchandise, and provide a range of exciting, inspiring experiences for girls ages 3-12; including a Café, Photo Studio and our Doll Hair Salon. We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Personal Shopper Purpose of Position: The Personal Shopper will be responsible for giving customers the highest possible level of personalized service at American Girl Place. Primary Responsibilities: Work to exceed customer expectations Maintain a high level of professionalism in both appearance and attitude Actively listen to customers/share product knowledge Meet and assist VIPs requesting personalized service Maintain updated client book Set appointments/make regular customer contacts via the telephone and written correspondence Greet customers immediately/suggestion sells/ring sales We offer a competitive salary and medical, dental, vision and 401(k) plans.
