Job Responsibilities: * Lead and execute interior painting projects at a high-volume Midtown Manhattan retail store. * Identify painting needs inclusive of needed surface preparation, paint type and color, and needed tools. * Independently execute painting projects by deadline and within budget. * Maintain painting project punch list. * Provide support to other building maintenance projects as requested.
