Maximize sales of HPs printing and imaging products to the Corporate and Enterprise accounts within assigned territory in the Philadelphia marketplace. Develop and expand key customer relationships. Develop and execute territory sales plan to achieve assigned quota. Work in partnership with your assigned Inside Sales Rep (ISR) to maximize the coverage of your accounts. Team with other hp business units sales reps to achieve goals. Provide updated sales funnel and review with your Sales Manager as requested. Develop, maintain and expand end-user contacts and add them to the customer database. Maintain HP profit expectations on all sales. Maintain maximum level of customer satisfaction. Develop relationships with Channel Partners in the assigned Territory. Work with partners by sharing funnel information and account information with the intent of driving HP and Parnter IPG revenue to achieve your assigned quota. Develop an understanding of Partner capabilities and Parnter solutions in order to jointly sell HP and Partner solutions to your customers.

responsibilities include: . Understand the needs and business requirements of your assigned accounts. Assure that these contacts are informed regarding HP supplies products, including features & benefits, "why to buy" messages, competitive positioning, etc. . Maintain in-depth expertise on HP products & programs. Assure that these are effectively leveraged in your accounts. They need to drive customer satisfaction & incremental sales while achieving a good payback or ROI for HP. . Build a sales funnel for your territory and actively manage it to ensure that accounts are moving through the funnel to a win. . Show passion for customers, by listening carefully to their needs and providing viable solutions to achieve customer satisfaction, all while operating within budget and time constraints. . Coordinate with other HP Sales Teams as appropriate, most especially with your corresponding Inside Sales Rep (ISR) . Report to Management on market conditions encountered; competitor activities and success; customer needs and expectations. Work closely with your manager to define processes, programs, literature and tools needed to effectively drive sales. . Primary owner of the Big Deals process for your assigned customers, assuring that Big Deal invtext-indent: -0.25in; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1" STYLE="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px". Manage expenses within guidelines, particularly travel expenses, by appropriately balancing on- site customer visits with regular phone contact in sales efforts with customers .

Qualifications Bachelors (undergraduate) degree in business, sales, Marketing or Masters (graduate) degree in Business Administration (MBA) or or an equivalent combination of education and experience with desired 5-7 years corporate or enterprise sales experience (preferably in hardcopy/copier/services marketplace) in one or more of the following areas: * End-user customer sales * Sales with customer visits Experience in one or more of the following areas: Sound knowledge of IT sales IT Outsourcing sales A self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills An organized, team approach Fluent English and skills Strategic sales account experience Definition of specific sales plans Working with external partners to deliver solution sales Interface with all levels in customer organization History of exceeding targets Coordination or teamleading with other sales professionals Strategic sales Business Plan development Skills Include: Experience in development, negotiation and administration of contracts Ability to orchestrate large complex sales cycles Account plans and long term sales funnel development Selling of solutions Marketing skills Communication skills Negotiation skills Creative ability Consulting skills Leadership qualities, credibility Self-confidence Acuteness Willpower Intellectually flexible Synthesis
