Work closely with business IT organizations to understand demand and put in processes to ensure timely and consistent delivery. . Identify areas of process improvement and implement necessary changes . Ensure that all processes for server provisioning group wide are documented and maintained . Maintain the UBS Group wide HW catalogue (current and future standard offerings) . Coordinate activities between the different global functions within ITI in order to maintain progress on the core request type of server Installs, Moves, Decomms and Upgrades."
