Job Description RESERVATIONIST To establish a welcome, warm and professional atmosphere for all TWCC clients, recruits, customers and employees. The Reservationists will be the first impression to all and will be the point of contact for all TWCC visitors making sure guests feel comfortable and secure throughout their visit. The Reservationist will interact closely with all TW Corporate Planners and staff to ensure seamless coordination to any visitors’ appointment, particularly when utilizing the reception, conference center and dining facilities. Part of their role is to reduce the practical and logistical burden on Corporate Planners and Clients in managing meeting logistics and coordinating visitor needs so that the client/host can concentrate on substantive client service. The Reservationist will also serve as the manager of the customer service process, receiving customer input and responding back with plan of action. The reservationists will be responsible for tracking all meetings and events. Recipe to Succeed: * 3 Years as a Receptionist or Concierge * Experience with the meeting industry, including hotel, corporate or catering environment preferred

Necessary Ingredients: * Experience as a receptionist or concierge in a corporate or hotel environment. * Should possess excellent customer service skills and feel comfortable handling high-level clients * Should possess excellent oral and written communications skills. * Should have basic computer skills and be able to operate various office machines. * Ability to be punctual, dependable, and to follow through on the smallest of details. * High school diploma plus some college required, with a college degree a plus.
