Description: Collection Specialist - Premium COMPANY: GHI LOCATION: 34th Street

Description of Duties * Telephone delinquent groups for past due premium and follow up as necessary * Issue dunning letters and follow up as appropriate * Initiate termination procedures including required notification to groups * Terminate groups in accordance with GHI policy * Review the Aged Trial Balance to determine necessary follow up * Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies where appropriate * Record collection comments as warranted * Utilize e-mail as appropriate to resolve billing vs. collection issues * Prepare written and verbal delinquency reports as required * Coordinate interdepartmental activities related to collection * Follow up with Billing on NPAR issues as needed * Perform other collection related duties as required
