Morrison Management Specialists has partnered with a 540 resident retirement facility in New York City. Together we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Nutrition Manager to direct the functions of clinical nutrition services in order to provide high quality nutritional care to residents. You will perform job duties based on established goals, objectives, standards, policies and procedures, business initiatives and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in facility contract and client expectation meetings. As the CNM you will also be responsible for achieving results through leading, directing, coaching, training and developing clinical team members. You will ensure resident satisfaction and good public relations through the safe and efficient use of resources.

Recipe to Succeed: * Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills * Ability to prepare and participate in regulatory surveys * Ability to develop and implement results-driven Patient Satisfaction programs * Oversee dietetic students and interns during their practice rotations * Ability to adhere to financial guidelines * Provide an environment of career development for staff * Good communication skills both written and verbal * Ability to communicate on various levels to include management, residents, client, associate and departmental levels * Knowledge of computational practices * Proficient Computer skills to include; various computer programs, Microsoft Office programs, e-mail and the Internet * Ability to perform various motor skills such as; lifting, reaching, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, squatting, grasping and arm-hand coordination on a continuous basis * Ability to get along well with others, to demonstrate flexibility and patience, to work as a member of a team, and to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people * Exhibit courtesy, tact and reasonable speed in performance of duties Necessary Ingredients: * Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) * Three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience in managing dietetic professionals, preferrably in a long term care setting. * Must be able to pass criminal background check
