Job Description . Provide support for three managing directors and one SVP within a group of 8: including answering phones, booking conference rooms, copying, mail distribution faxing and filing. . Manage Group calendar with precision including company earnings reports, meetings, conferences and calls as well as client, prospect and other group meetings. . Compilation and generation of various weekly and monthly reports. . Prepare and submit and track expense reports and follow up with accounts payable department. . Help as needed with the Coordination of travel arrangements and itineraries (domestic and limited international). . Track contracts, travel authorizations, and trouble shoot issues with American Express. . Help in the preparation of presentation for prospects and client reviews in timely accurate manner. Able to prioritize to meet deadlines. . Responsible for ongoing maintenance and integrity of filing system . Perform projects as needed, such as basic research, coordinating with other departments for reports, etc. . Handle account opening process for new and existing clients. Gathering the paperwork, recording information via electronic account-opening system, retrieving relevant executed documentation from clients and compliance with regulatory procedures. . Perform daily account tasks including opening accounts, checking activity from previous day and dealing with operational issues due to negative balances, etc. . Facilitating the set-up of DVP/COD accounts. Dealing with custodian banks on resolving trades issues, Reorganizations on stocks, reconciling monthly statements, verifying cash balances. . Help with customer requests for customized reportings, i.e tax information, statements confirms, etc . Review client account activity on a daily basis to ensure accuracy, proper settlement of transactions and reconciliation of funds and securities out. . Help with account maintenance including money transfer requests, address changes, client inquiries, etc. Requirements . Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. . Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize. . Strong written and verbal communication skills. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Excellent interpersonal skills. . Quick learner . Ability to work in fast moving, demanding environment. . Good working knowledge of the Financial Services industry. . General willingness to help the team with time-sensitive projects. . Excellent phone manner. . Attention to Detail . Series 7, 63 preferred . Interest and knowledge in Socially Responsive Investing a plus
