Recipe to Succeed: * Support SVP of Sales and Development * Coordination of all daily activities for the SVP i.e. phone, calendar, travel expenses, etc. * Coordination of all business proposals * Executive level client interaction. * Qualifications and experience required: Handle general administrative duties including but not limited to travel arrangements, typing, filing, faxing and answering phones. * Schedule and plan meetings, department lunches, etc. * Prepare and distribute correspondence for staff. * Create presentations, maintain appointment calendars. * Process invoices and expense reports. * Interact with all levels of internal management and staff. * Interact with outside clients and vendors.

Necessary Ingredients: * 5+ years administrative experience, preferably with Senior Management, required. * Strong interpersonal/communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to: Outlook and PowerPoint. * Must posses basic business and accounting skills. * Must be able to handle/prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic and diverse environment. * Ability to work in a high-paced, challenging environment. * Must be very detail oriented. * Confidentiality is imperative in this role.
