Key Responsibilities: * Critical advisor and partner to Global Securities and Fund Services Head in management of global business/financial issues, with management and oversight of finance, budgeting, reporting and planning. * Lead Securities and Fund Services finance team to assess business performance, dynamically forecast financials, analyze key financial drivers, track financial performance, manage costs and maintain a high standard of controls, working in partnership with the businesses * Serve as business owner for all transfer pricing, revenue sharing and cross business services, ensuring a leveraged and equitable business model. * Ensure expense vigilance and partner with the business to deliver financial objectives * Improve information and visibility in the financial systems for sub product profitability and unit costing to factor into pricing decisions to continue to improve returns * Strategically analyze Securities and Fund Services businesses to develop investment prioritization and optimize capital allocation * Monitor allocations carefully through dialogue with functional/business partners * Ensure alignment with GTS and corporate objectives * Represent the business at regional and global Financial and/or senior manager meetings * Create an efficient business and reporting framework for large complex global business * Develop strategic analyses to frame financial implications of business decisions * Partner with treasury and the businesses to develop an information window with critical real-time asset and liability information * Lead and develop a high performing and motivated team

Specifications / Qualifications * Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred * 15+ years diverse financial experience * Strong and demonstrated execution skills with a proven track record of success * Ability to represent the Securities and Fund Services CEO on all financial issues * High level of personal integrity * Sharp analytical and problem solving skills * Deep knowledge of key financial systems and processes * Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to manage and inspire your team as well as work effectively with colleagues in country, region, and the businesses * Understanding of the key drivers of the Securities and Fund Services businesses * Strong negotiation skills
