IMMEDIATE CONTRACT POSITION IN NYC-UPTOWN LOCATION!!!! The ideal person would be an ex-cfo of a small community bank. -- Financial Reporting: ensuring that the 10q and related fdic/ots filings are done accurately (TFR, CMR). As with any company there is a lot of back and forth with our external and internal auditors and an experienced hand at these types of judgements is needed (for example, discussions of goodwill impairment.) -- Ongoing business meetings including management loan committee, management investment committee. -- OTS exam likely to start in December. So a focus on the credit front will be key. -- Operations: we have a heavy load of assignments of every day things that need tweaking and/or overhaul, following a business optimization review a few months ago. -- Team assessment: having an outside view of team members skills/weaknesses would be helpful.
