Description: Responsibilities for the Collateralized Debt Obligations Operations Analyst include:

- Operating analyst within the CDO group of one of our fund
- Working closely with the CDO Accountants/Analysts to maintain and analyze data used in weekly and monthly compliance reporting
- Assisting in the implementation of the WSO Compliance module to ensure CDO compliance with all indenture covenants
- Working with the Loan Operations team to assist in the reconciliation of loan information and activity with the Trustee
- Compiling and maintain data within our internal compliance module
- Assisting in the loan ratings process and maintenance of ratings detail.
- Assisting the CDO team in preparing ad hoc reports and analyses. Special projects

Required Skills:
- 1+ years experience
- Operations experience
- CDO Experience
- MS Office skills
