Description: Campus Recruiting Manager - Sourcing Job Description Responsibilities Review market position requirements in conjunction with staffing need and related business case; create job requisitions for experienced hire positions. Determine campus recruiting strategy at assigned school(s); manage faculty relations. Determine the appropriate websites, etc. for market-specific experienced hire job postings. Plan, execute and participate in internal and external recruiting events. Maintain strong working relationships with Client Service (Assurance, Tax & Advisory) and HR colleagues; keep them informed and appropriately involve them in recruiting activities. Screen, interview and assess candidates; recommend other interviewers Select candidates to receive/not receive offers, determine offer package, obtain approval for offer; communicate offer/rejection to candidates and follow up on offers to achieve acceptance. Answer non-routine questions from candidates and recruiting sources (e.g., schools, agencies, etc.). Manage the hiring and contracting with temps and contractors. Implement Line of Service (LoS)-specific recruiting programs in the market . Assist with the career development of other Sourcing team members. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and Firm compliance requirements throughout the recruiting process. Implement strategic recruiting initiatives for the market (e.g., diversity hiring events, Employee Referral Program, etc.). Maintain a network for potential candidates within the market community: Acceptance rate of offers. Achievement of quality and quantity hiring goals overall and diversity hiring goals. Achieve intern and INROADS intern conversion rates. Percentage of INROADS interns returning for another internship. Days elapsed from position requisition to acceptance (experienced hires, contractors and temps only). Percentage of hires who are PwC Alumni. Upward and/or Peer Feedback of the Market Recruiter. Service IFS Industry Not Applicable Office New York NY Years Experience Required 3+ years Education Required Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Job Requirement Essential 3+ years applicable experience. Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience, preferably in a professional services firm that demonstrates steady progression and advancement with increased responsibilities. Has demonstrated proficiency in all PwC core competencies, with particular emphasis on building and sustaining relationships and focusing on the client.
