Job description IBM is seeking a talented Business Transformation Consultant, with strong business analytics, client communications and technology skills to come on board to assist with self-service and web/ knowledge management production offerings for our clients Transformation needs. The incoming candidate must have deep understanding of process outsourcing (agents and asset based), and technology transformation experience in telephony and web technologies. The ideal candidate will have not only the consulting/client facing skills but also the actual hands on experience doing large scale outsourcing and system integration projects and be a seasoned professional with 10-15 years experience. In addition this candidate will have the ability to cultivate and pursue sales leads, build client solutions (hardware, software, services) and partner relationships. A background as a self starter/self-managed individual, not requiring immediate supervision/coaching desired.
