Originally known for the tracksuit, Juicy Couture has expanded into womens and girls ready-to-wear apparel, shoes, swimwear, timepieces, handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, optic eyewear, small leather goods and womens fragrances. Juicy also offers baby gear and a wide array of doggie accessories for the savvy puppy. Juicy Couture for Men (soon to be Dirty English), was debuted in 2003 and includes denim, ready-to-wear, accessories, fragrance and sunglasses. Its luxury collection, Couture Couture, launched in 2007 and is manufactured with premier Italian fabrics designed exclusively for the brand. Juicy Couture currently has 36 retail locations across the U.S. and is set to expand to 60 stand-alone retail stores in the U.S. by year-end 2008. Internationally, Juicy Couture retail locations can be found in Italy, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and will expand in Asia with 18-21 stores by the end of 2008, totaling 83 retail locations worldwide. The manager will be responsible for providing finance leadership of the Juicy Couture Outlet business as well as providing thoughtful analysis and insight into business trends. Essential duties and responsibilities include monthly close, budgeting, long range planning and forecasting, variance analysis, decision support projects, and ad hoc analysis.

Responsibilities: . Manage monthly financial close process, deliver accurate financial results including comprehensive analysis of key expense and balance sheet items . Develop monthly financial forecasts that accurately predict business performance and highlight key issues for senior management . Track and analyze forecasts vs. budget; identify risks and opportunities; ensure all risks and opportunities are appropriately reflected in the forecast . Execute, enhance and maintain Store P&L Budgets and monthly Forecasts with emphasis on field level controllable expenses and an understanding of sales, payroll and rent. . Monitor store performance, providing reporting on actual performance to budget and forecast, including detailed measurements and explanations to all variances and the creation of action plans and recommendations for improvement vs. goals. . Develop annual budgets and long range plans that meet all corporate requirements, are aligned with Juicy divisional strategies and incorporate recommendations from all key business partners . Manage the development of budget templates; control the upload process of budgets into Hyperion and maximize the use of Hyperion Essbase in forecasting/budgeting process . Provide business partners with ongoing financial insight into operational efficiencies; assess and communicate spending reduction opportunities; share early identification of problem areas and relevant reporting as appropriate . Develop value-added cross-divisional and cross-functional partnerships to maintain awareness of business activities, and leverage knowledge and best practices . Assist in the preparation of presentations including monthly business reviews, annual budgets and long-term strategic planning initiatives . Prepare special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required

Qualifications: . Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent required . 4-5 years of related experience . Strong knowledge of financial and accounting concepts . Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and prioritize in a dynamic environment . Must be highly detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills . Data oriented and have proven ability to interpret and synthesize data, making recommendations to drive business decisions . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships at all levels within the organization . Ability to articulate financial concepts to non-finance business partners in a clear and concise manner . Month end close experience . Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Hyperion Essbase and Access knowledge a plus
