Business Analyst - Global Diversity & Inclusion Team Reporting to the COO, this individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day operating activities to support the Global Diversity & Inclusion Team. This person will work with COO on budget and vendor management processes as well as manage monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis. The individual will work directly with internal and external clients serving as a key contact for global diversity metrics and vendor inquiries. The individual will also partner with key members of the Global Diversity & Inclusion Team and other stakeholders to provide a best practice approach to effective reporting and analysis of all global diversity related metrics. The role has a global focus with a need to identify, build, and manage specific operational solutions to meet requirements of global diversity business support. Accountability for the following regular operating activities is required: o Manage data and general reporting o Manage ad-hoc reporting requirements and production of monthly reporting toolkit o Identify trends and conduct market comparisons; work with the COO and Regional Diversity & Inclusion Leads to analyze and make process improvements o Manage creation of presentations and feedback meetings with senior management o Assist in monitoring, tracking, and reporting of department budgets, actuals, and forecasts o Liaise with various supporting Finance departments as appropriate o Work with the COO to improve expenses management and ensure adherence to approval processes o Work with the Global Diversity & Inclusion Team to ensure accurate reporting of expenses so as to provide valuable data for reporting purposes Serve as a key contact for ad-hoc inquiries

Qualifications o Bachelor / University degree desirable o A minimum of 3 - 5 years work experience in a similar or related environment o Experience with managing complex processes in a matrix organization Experience in creation of reports and development of key metrics o Proficiency with MS Office o Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills essential PeopleSoft and web-based technology experience preferred
