Description Financial Life Services (FLS) is a new business in Smith Barney focused on the servicing Mass Affluent market. The Client Services organization is the front office of FLS comprised of Financial Life Advisors and supervisory personnel located in Citibank Financial Centers and FLS Service Centers in San Antonio, TX and Tampa, FL. The Client Services Strategy group within Client Services is responsible for driving key financial and efficiency The business analyst for Client Services Strategy reports to the SVP, Client Services. The business analyst for Client Services Strategy will support and manage key initiatives and projects within the Client Services environment across Citibank Financial Centers and FLS Service Centers in San Antonio and Tampa. A key focus of this role will be on how the client experience is delivered via FLS personnel in the Client Service organization.

Responsibilities: . Support the SVP, Client Services Strategy in day-to-day activities . Develop detailed business requirements, business process/workflow schematics, and use cases for processes necessary to support delivery of the client experience . Support business and competitive analysis that will drive the ongoing development of the Client Services delivery strategy . Support key initiatives in the Client Services organization such as CRM and the development of collaborative team processes and workflows . Work with key partners in marketing, client solutions and technology through the design, build, test and implementation cycle to ensure successful delivery of key projects which impact the Client Services organization

Specifications / Qualifications . Minimum three years experience in the retail brokerage / wealth management industry . Experience in business requirements, business process, workflow and/or use case definition . Understanding of the retail brokerage / wealth management advisor experience and/or remote call center service experience . Proven people and project management skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . High initiative and creativity . College degree required
