Description: Responsibilities for the Brokerage Operations Senior Associate include:

- Having daily interactions with depositories, agent banks, vendors and the markets
- Researching and resolving residual differences and assist management in guiding other representatives in the group
- Receiving and process legal paperwork for survivor option put redemptions
- Processing miscellaneous non-expiring rights and warrant exercises and conversions
- Contacting customer base
- Paying and transfer agents
- Providing "world class customer service" experience to our customer base
- Providing analysis that will disclose risk in processing and assist management in problem solving

Required Skills:
- 1+ years of corporate actions experience (probably some one from retail)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
