Overview: Established Emerging Markets Group is looking to add a salesperson for distribution of fixed income products (rates, foreign exchange, credit, and hybrids), to Brazilian institutional clients. Ideally, this person will be located in São Paulo. Responsibilities: * Initiate and further develop business relationships with institutional accounts in Brazil; including banks, pension funds, asset managers, and hedge funds. * Focus on offshore, as well as onshore products. Focus on structured solutions and derivative applications. * Develop knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinate firm efforts to service client organizations. * Present research services and advise clients on investment opportunities. Requirements: * Undergraduate degree. Advanced degree desirable. * 3 - 5 years upwards of sales experience with current direct experience selling emerging markets fixed income products to institutions in Brazil * Knowledge of Brazilian local markets * Fluency in Portuguese * Travel as required * Strong client service and marketing skills * Ability to work well in a global environment and leverage counterparts in other locations * Ability to present ideas cogently and synthesize information to relevant points * Persuasive and appropriately persistent * Innovative and creative with idea generation * Strong work ethic * Ability to work as a team and independently * Strong organizational skills
