Job Description: The Boost Territory Field Representative (Merchandising) Position is ideal for a highly motivated, sales and number driven individual who thrives on responsibility and autonomy while managing an assigned territory. The right individual will manage a group of relevant retail/indirect store fronts in the cellular industry to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This position reports to the Area Field Manager. Job Responsibilities: -Ability to motivate others to increase visibility and sales -Ability to establish, retain and grow strong relationships -Ability to drive brand awareness and increase market share -Travel daily within assigned territory -Distribute sales, training and marketing literature/collateral -Conduct training as needed to support sales efforts of retail teams -Maintain a consistent store visit schedule -Ensure assigned products are presented in line with defined expectations and product is properly positioned, priced, clean, all signage in place and POP is compliant -Participation is required to proactively learn about competitive products, market trends, and pertinent technologies. -Collect and report information on competitive products and service and competitive strengths and weaknesses. -Identify growth opportunities for Boost.

Requirements: -Exceptional relationship building and communication skills -Presentation abilities desired with experience in delivering training presentations -Thorough understanding of telecommunication devices desired -Thorough understanding of retail sales, merchandising, sales motivators, and marketing -Superior written and verbal communication skills -Computer literate (including Microsoft Office Suite) -Strong time management skills -Depending on territory size, ability to travel up to 50%% outside of posting city and some overnight travel -Candidate must live within 25 miles of posting city -Ability to work some evenings and weekends -Access to high speed internet required -Must have own insured vehicle in good working condition to travel within territory -Experience in a sales leadership role is highly desired -Experience in "big box" retail is also highly desired -4-year college degree desired but not required Sprint Nextel / Boost Mobile is proud to be an EEO/AA employer. Prospects, recruits, and develops new channel partners and supplies all necessary training and education of the product portfolio. Motivates dealers to sell the full Sprint product line; acting as the primary contact between Sprint and authorized representatives (ARs). Identifies, manages and resolves AR and customer issues, tracks dealer performance, manages dealer contracts, and provides any necessary administrative support. Clearly communicates all changes in product, service and/or procedures in a timely manner. Maintains an effective relationship with the AR to ensure the quota attainment goal is met.
