Responsibilities of the Blue Sky Paralegal include:

- Preparing Blue Sky memos for private placements
- Preparing Blue Sky memos for public offerings
- Preparing secondary trading memos for public offerings
- Reviewing and determining state exemptions for private and public offerings
- Dealing with transactions other than hedge funds
- Responding to comments in merit review states
- Doing ad hoc projects as needed

Required Skills:

- 10-20 years of experience as a Blue Sky Paralegal
- Corporate experience/exposure
- Comprehensive understanding of all facets of Blue Sky
- Knowledge of corporate closings, corporate housekeeping, and corporate law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree
