The Role Bloomberg News is seeking an Audiovisual Specialist to write concise news summaries and headlines, edit sound and video, and coordinate AV material with Web, broadcast, and print teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in business journalism. In this role, you will be responsible for taking material from television and radio and interpreting this into a summary to be posted onto the Bloomberg Professional (R) Service. A successful candidate will have solid writing skills and technical aptitude, and be willing to learn new technologies. Familiarity with the Bloomberg terminal is a plus.

Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * Minimum of two years’ experience in business journalism * Strong writing skills and technical aptitude * Flexibility to learn new software * Familiarity with the Bloomberg terminal is a plus
